Location: ground floor of Booking-Sunshine Apartments, a boutique apartment building on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Nea Smyrni neighborhood of Athens. About the Place:The building stood abandoned for over 30 years before being completely rebuilt in 2025 by Michalis (a photographer and artist) and Rinat (a family woman with an eye for detail). Together, they transformed it into a thoughtfully designed boutique apartment complex. The apartments feature original photos from the renovation process. The couple hosts personally, with warmth and care, treating every guest like family.
