1. Using the apartment key card: The card with the key must be removed before leaving the apartment, the key must not be separated from the card. Return the key to the safe upon leaving the apartment. Loss of the key will be charged according to the manufacturer and the manufacturer's requirements.

2. Using air conditioning systems: Turn the air conditioner on and off by pressing the orange button only! Close all windows and doors throughout the apartment! The air conditioner will stop working if the windows and doors are open! It is important to keep the remote control and return it intact at the end of your stay in the apartment, any damage caused will be charged according to the damage caused, thank you for your understanding.

3. Using a gas thermostat for heating in winter: Press and hold the round button under the inscription "Off" until the inscription "Temperature mode" appears. For example: 20 degrees.

4. Using the oven: To turn on the oven, press the mode button (picture of a lock) and hold it until you hear a sound, the oven is ready! Using an electric stove: To turn on the stove, press the circle with the line in the center until you hear a sound. Very important!!! Do not forget to turn it off!!!

5. To turn on the heating: Press the plus button + (for temperature as needed) and the minus button - (to lower the temperature). Very important!!! Do not forget to lower the temperature to 0! Thank you very much.

6. Access to the pool: The pool is open from 09:00 to 14:30. And from 17:00 to 19:00. Children over 5 years old are allowed and under parental supervision, children under 5 years old are strictly prohibited!

7. Quiet hours: In order to maintain good neighborliness with the lovely neighbors, I would ask that parties and noise not be allowed, and that quiet hours be maintained between 17:00 and 19:00. And between 23:00 and 09:00, thank you very much.

8. Check-out at 11:00: We would be happy if you leave the apartment clean and tidy as you received it. In case of any damage to the apartment or equipment, please inform the hosts as soon as possible. Please turn off the oven, electric stove, air conditioners, gas heating and close windows and shutters. Returning keys to the safe:

The keys must be returned to the designated safe and locked. Losing keys may result in a fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
